(First Alert 4) - Two men face felony charges after Washington County deputies said they sexually abused a juvenile girl after one of the men kidnapped her and pulled her into a house. Oscar Baltodano Lopez and Benjamin Santez Lopez face charges of first-degree sexual abuse and first-degree sodomy after deputies served a search warrant, according to court records. Oscar Lopez also faces charges of rape, first-degree kidnapping, resisting arrest and possession of a controlled substance. According to the probable cause statements, both are roommates, and neither suspect is a U.S. resident. Federal detainers have been issued for both men's deportation. (Washington County Sheriff's Office) The Washington County Sheriff's Office said the crime and subsequent investigation occurred in the early morning hours of Friday. The probable cause statements said that Oscar Lopez grabbed the victim as she was walking, covered her mouth and pulled her into a house. Oscar then raped the girl, and Benjamin Lopez, his roommate, sexually abused the victim. The statements said that when deputies obtained a search warrant, Oscar Lopez locked himself in a bathroom. Deputies had to break the door down and point their weapons at him before he complied. Oscar Lopez refused to speak without an attorney, provide a DNA swab or hand over his boxers, according to the statements. Investigators located meth in his room and a strand of hair in his boxers while processing evidence. Benjamin Lopez denied having sexual contact with the victim. The sheriff's office said a third person was taken into custody but was not charged with any crime. The suspects are scheduled to appear for an initial hearing on Tuesday in Washington County Circuit Court. #firstalert4 #crimewatchstlouis
