The Milwaukee Police Department is asking for help to find a critically missing 17-year-old mother and her 4-month-old son.

Police said Navaeh Austin and her son Kareeem were last seen on Aug. 5 around 5:50 p.m. near 29th and Chambers streets.


Navaeh is described as being 5 feet, 3 inches tall, weighing around 100 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She has a nose ring and her hair in a ponytail with blonde dyed ends, police said. She was last seen wearing a black tight Lululemon zip-up jacket and black leggings. Kareem was last seen in either a dinosaur or basketball onesie.
