Email parks@cityofmadison.com or call 608-266-4711 and provide the following information.

State your name and phone number and that you wish to recover personal property from the Williamson and Baldwin streets occupation area.

Provide a detailed description of your property.

Parks Division staff will review the description provided, review items in storage and make arrangements for the requestor to retrieve items.

After Sept. 18, 2026, the end of the 45-day period, any remaining items will be disposed of.

Ride the Drive canceled

Madison has decided to cancel this year's Ride the Drive scheduled for Sunday, Aug. 9.

Eric Knepp, Madison Parks Superintendent, said while the intersection of Williamson and Baldwin streets is now open, they believe holding Ride the Drive would continue to disrupt the neighborhood and businesses.  We appreciate everyone's understanding, and most importantly, the continued resilience of the neighborhood and city.
