An arrest report said that when the first victim came back to the parking lot, she noticed that it was missing, as well as the other victim. She then called 911. A witness then started to canvass the area and found the stolen vehicle parked at 22nd Place and Northwest Seventh Street with the second victim in the backseat, the report said. Officers, the report said, then arrived at the El Atlakat Restaurant, where they reviewed CCTV footage that showed Gonzalez leaving the vehicle from the stolen vehicle. Gonzalez was recognized as having prior transactions, the report said. Authorities then went to Gonzalez's home, arrested him, and he told officers that he took the vehicle because he saw it still running, the report said. The first victim, the report said, told officers that her wallet, car key fob and credit card were missing. Officers then found a few stolen credit cards in the area where the car was left. Gonzalez was then taken to the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center. #nbcmiami #crimewatchmiami
