The family of a man who was killed while on his e-bike in Coral Springs is speaking out. NBC6's Lena Salzbank reports An arrest affidavit is now shedding new light on how fast investigators say Isabel was driving before the crash. Florida Highway Patrol investigators said Isabel was traveling between 71 and 92 mph at times on a road where the speed limit is 35 mph. In the hours after the crash, multiple witnesses told NBC6 they saw the police SUV speeding. For such a well-lit area, it's just hard for me to understand how exactly he collided with the Tahoe if the Tahoe wasn't going an exceptional speed, one woman told NBC6. According to the affidavit, Isabel was heading toward the area of a vehicle police were looking for. A Coral Springs detective told investigators a tracker on that vehicle had become active. That information was passed along to Isabel so he could drive to the area. A witness told investigators Isabel did not have his emergency lights or sirens #nbcmiami #crimewatchmiami
