Wellington said the case has been particularly frustrating because she believes the person responsible was someone she once trusted. The original case involved a mix-up over the suspect's identity. Miramar Police Department Chief Delrish Moss said authorities issued a not-in-custody warrant under the wrong name after information was provided to investigators in September. Anyone with information about the theft is urged to call Broward Crime Stoppers at 954-493-8477.
