Fort Lauderdale police are investigating a possible stabbing that occurred Wednesday morning in a parking lot.

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - Fort Lauderdale police are investigating a possible stabbing that occurred Wednesday morning in a parking lot.

The investigation is unfolding in the 400 block of Southeast Ninth Court, just a few blocks away from Las Olas Boulevard.

A Local 10 News crew was at the scene as crime scene detectives were spotted combing the area for clues and taking photos of possible evidence.

At least six or seven evidence markers were on the ground, marking different spots in the parking lot.

While Local 10 News received reports that a possible stabbing occurred at the location, no details about the investigation were immediately released by police.
