MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - A man is dead after a shooting Tuesday night in an industrial portion of Memphis.

The Memphis Police Department reports that the shooting happened at the dead end of Harrell Street near Faxon Avenue in the Highland Heights area.

Officers and members of the Memphis Safe Task Force responded to the shooting call at 8:56 p.m.

MPD says the victim was pronounced dead at the scene, and that they have no suspect information at this time.
