Federal investigators searched Prather's home Sept. 29. During an interview, Prather allegedly acknowledged that the phone number associated with the Snapchat account was his personal cellphone, according to the complaint. Investigators also connected another phone number to the home's internet router and allege Prather identified that number as his work phone. A search of the router confirmed the connection, the complaint states. Investigators said Prather initially denied having a Snapchat account but later acknowledged that he had used Snapchat a few years ago. Prather was arrested and appeared in federal court the following day. The allegations are contained in a criminal complaint, and Prather is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.
