OAKLAND COUNTY, Mich. - A Farmington Hills man accused in a federal child sexual abuse investigation has pleaded guilty. Justin Miller, 23, pleaded guilty in federal court in Detroit. Federal authorities say Miller was involved with members of the 764 network, which investigators have described as a group of nihilistic violent extremists. According to the FBI, Miller used multiple aliases across social media platforms and produced and possessed child sexual abuse material. Officials also accuse him of involvement in animal torture, child exploitation videos and threats. The FBI said Miller established a relationship with another member of the 764 network, which investigators began examining last year. Federal agents credited the National Center for Missing Exploited Children's CyberTipline with helping lead investigators to Miller. Officials said Miller confessed after his arrest to creating rules for self-harm channels and directing minor girls to engage in sexualized activities. Miller is scheduled to be sentenced Jan. 6, 2027. The case remains under federal jurisdiction, and authorities may release additional details as the proceedings continue. #clickondetroit #CrimeInTheD ®
