Lindsay Clancy's civil lawsuit After the murder trial ended Friday, two attorneys who filed a civil lawsuit against Clancy's medical providers spoke outside the courthouse. What they're saying: All this was caused by the failures of the medical profession, attorney Andrew Meyer said Friday outside the courthouse. She wouldn't have been here, she wouldn't have gone through all she's gone through for the past years … they dropped the ball, they caused her to be here and everybody is suffering as a result.
