He allegedly took her to the bank multiple times for her to withdraw large sums of cash, police said. He is charged with two counts of false pretenses between $20,000 and $50,000 and embezzlement by a person entrusted with a vulnerable adult for which he faces an Aug. 17 pretrial in front of Judge James Maceroni of Macomb Circuit Court in Mount Clemens. His bond, which likely was set at district court, was only $100 personal, court records say.

- He is charged with false pretenses between $1,000 and $20,000 for his alleged actions June 18 in Macomb Township for which he faces an Aug. 25 probable cause conference in front of Judge Stephen Sierawski of 41A District Court in Shelby Township.

- He is charged with embezzling between $1,000 and $20,000 from a vulnerable adult last Jan. 2 in Macomb Township for which he is scheduled for a probable-cause conference Aug. 25 in front of Sierawski.

- He is charged with false pretenses between $1,000 and $20,000 for his actions May 11 in Macomb Township for which he faces an Aug. 25 probable cause conference in front of Sierawski.

Williams' prior convictions in Macomb County occurred 18 years and longer ago. Most recently, Williams was sentenced in 2008 to two to five years and $10,000 in restitution after pleading to false pretenses between $1,000 and $20,000 by Macomb Circuit judge Mark Switalski for a 2007 incident in the 41B District Court jurisdiction. Of the restitution amount, he paid $82.36, leaving a balance of $9,917.64, according to court records.

A year earlier, Switalski also sentenced him two two to five years along with $7,000 in restitution after he pleaded to larceny by conversion between $1,000 and $20,000 for 2006 incident in the 41B jurisdiction. He paid only $130.97 of the restitution, leaving a balance of 7319.91, records say.
