e,' called her his  baby momma,' openly boasted of his  Asian fetish' and sent her a steady stream of pornographic and racist videos, including one that mocked the way a deaf woman moans during sex. 

In her lawsuit, Kwan claimed that the horny officers persistently bombarded her with obscene text messages, mocking her disability and demanding she send nude pictures.

Valentin, who was Espinal's supervisor at the time, begged Kwan for  sex and a threesome  and sent her at least one picture of his penis, the suit alleged.

In an interview with The Post, Kwan recounted her terrifying office nightmare - including when Espinal allegedly pulled the gun and pointed it straight at her face.

 When he pointed that gun at my face, time stopped,  Kwan said.  My only thought was I was going to die at my own desk and that I would never see the people I love again. 

In court Tuesday, the judge released Espinal on his own recognizance and extended his order of protection.

The cop - who has been suspended with pay for now - is due back in court Sept. 10.
