On Tuesday, a Coral Gables detective contacted the MDSO deputy, who provided a positive ID for Aceituno, who was at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center, according to a police report. In the 12 cases prosecutors filed, Aceituno faced four counts of grand theft vehicle, five counts of burglary of an unoccupied conveyance, two counts of attempted burglary of an occupied conveyance, five counts of attempted burglary of an unoccupied conveyance, one count of trespass in an unoccupied structure or conveyance, and one count of petit theft.
