Authorities identified the teenager who died after he was involved in a collision with a driver while riding an e-bike in Franklin Park on Tuesday morning. Around 6:30 a.m., 19-year-old Louis Toaquiza was riding an e-bike near the intersection of Belmont Avenue and George Street when he was involved in a crash with a vehicle driven by a 63-year-old man, according to Franklin Park police and the Cook County Medical Examiner. The 63-year-old driver stayed at the scene and spoke to responding officers, police said. An investigation into what led up to the crash remains ongoing. A damaged e-bike could be seen in the street at police investigated. A vehicle with damage to its windshield and hood could also be seen nearby.
