Milania has had previous encounters with the law, including a car crash in May 2024. At the time, she damaged her Mercedes-Benz convertible after colliding with another car.

According to TMZ, both parties argued about who was at fault, but officers sided with Milania, stating that the crash occurred because of the other driver's  inattention and failing to yield to the right of way.
