Readme file for "Execute Any Program As Any User"

	The Username Box displays all the users who currently have an account
	on the system. You just need to type only the password.

User Privileges Required
------------------------
    The following user privileges are required for a user to successfully
    execute this program.  

    * SeTcbPrivilege - Act as part of the operating system
    * SeAssignPrimary - Replace a process level token
    * SeIncreaseQuota - Increase quotas

    These privileges are requried by Win32 security APIs to change the
    user's security context.  The above privileges can be assigned to a
    user by the administrator using "User Manger" utility.
