Perform the following steps from the desktop "crimewatchamerica"

launch WinsSCP
from the right panel go to 
/CRIME-WATCH-AMERICA-UPDATES/CWA-UPDATE-05-24-2026A

you should see 11 files.
- create-cwa-index-html-RevA.bat
- create-cwa-index-html-Rev01.bat
- download-crimewatch-videos-Rev01.bat
- download-crimewatch-videos-RevA.bat
- find-and-post-cwa-stories-Rev01.bat
- find-and-post-cwa-stories-RevU.bat
- cleanup-crimewatch-files-RevD.bat
- find-quota-usage-RevD.bat
- find-quota-usage.bat
- post-to-instagram-city-RevB.bat
- post-to-instagram-city-Rev01.bat


select these 11 files and download them to the selected directory on the left panel 
i.e.
from the left panel go to directory D:\CRIME-WATCH-DETROIT
click download from right panel

Let me know if this fixes the problem with the index.html file

Lastly from the command prompt or file explorer 
copy the D:\CRIME-WATCH-DETROIT\cleanup-crimewatch-files-RevD.bat file
to the C:\unix\bin folder

copy the D:\CRIME-WATCH-DETROIT\find-quota-usage*.bat files
to the C:\unix\bin folder
